Intensive Outpatient Program
Hidden Strength Behavioral Health program is designed to assist the individual in identifying and understanding barriers, teach and practice positive coping skills, and provide family members/caregivers support in helping the individual maintain a stable environment.
Hidden Strength’s intensive outpatient program is a structured, short-term treatment modality that provides a combination of individual, group, and family therapy. Intensive outpatient program meets at least a minimum of three (3) times a week, providing a minimum of three (3) hours of treatment per session. Intensive outpatient treatment offers intensive, coordinated, multidisciplinary services for clients with an active psychiatric and/or substance related illness who are able to function in the community at a minimally appropriate level. The program length of services can run from about four (4) to twelve (12) weeks, depending on medical necessity.
This program is designed for individuals whose behaviors and symptoms are negatively impacting their home, work, school, and social environment. Hidden Strength's IOP model focuses not only on the individual receiving treatment, we also provide support to their family/caregiver.
